I would like to wish everyone a happy and healthy 2010!
The purpose of this site is two fold. First, if you are not familiar with me or my practice, it can act as an introduction to both who I am and how I do what I do. You can find out how to contact me (I am always happy to actually speak to you in person to answer any questions you may have), or find me.
Second, if you are already a part of my practice, this website acts as an adjunct to my care. Here you will find my health blog, stretching information to refresh your memory (and your body!), archives of my newsletter, and more.
I wanted to mention that as of January 4, 2010, I will be changing my hours. My new hours are:
Monday: 10 - 6
Wednesday: 9 - 5
Friday: 9 - 5
Saturday 10 - 5
I am adding Saturdays in part to allow my patients with long work weeks to get some much needed care.
Those of you who have visited the site before, or have read my newsletters may have noticed I have removed my stretches page. This is because I have started using a great new program in my practice called Web Exercises (health practitioners click here to find out more). It enables me to create an individualized stretch and exercise protocol for each patient, complete with instructions, pictures, and in most cases, video of the prescribed routine. A link is emailed to you, my patient, who can either view the info online, or download to your own computer and even print out if you would like. I am very excited about this, and, as I have stated before, I value your opinion and enjoy hearing from you, so comments and suggestions are always welcome!
